say they are with student loan department but the.number doesn't exist

Advised to pay today with settlement. Made arrangements and never received any mail or email documents as advised

False collected, threatens that a formal complaint will be filed against u with ur local court, but its a computer that's talking

They keep leaving messages on my machine telling me they are filing court papers on me if I don't call them back immediately. This is obviously a scam. I don't owe anyone anything!

Someone from this number called my sister asking about my and my children's whereabouts and I called them back and the lady claimed to be trying to obtain information on collecting a debt from a bank but refused to give me her last name or company name. I told her I have never had an account with the bank in question and verified that with the bank as well but the lady proceeded to tell me I would be served papers and never asked my address but told my sister they could not locate me

This is NOT a telemarketer! It is a SCAM...someone that says they are from USAA. It is not a USAA number. Further, the spokeo.com folks are aiding and abetting the perpetuation of this SCAM by not taking action against the owners/users of this number. File a complaint with your State's Attorney General Consumer Fraud Office.

Message from this company blocked my computer with blue screen and said my computer was infected and I must call them to fix it!!

Have called my number over 100 times in a 2 month period.

My message said "828467@vtext.com Acct:(Smi ONE (TM) 478655-XXX Froze". Received 2 calls from this # and two other calls with the exact same message (from 813-508-7915 [repeated busy signal] and 407-900-2748 ["# no longer in service"]). Seems like this might be a phishing scam rather than irritating telemarketer, as surely they want personal info when saying "Acct froze."
