Just got a call from Windows Server in District of Columbia saying in an Asian voice. "Hi, Mr. (He had my real name) can I verify this is ( Real name)? I need to verify you are the main user on this computer because your computer has been sending errors for the last couple weeks and we need to take it to Offline Mode." I asked him to lepeat himserf and he did. I then told him this is a scam and I needed his information. The line went dead.

they have continued to call day after day i was stupid enough to purchase the protection, now i trying to figure out how to refunded. can anyone help? they are foreign, male and female tells you someone is trying to hack my computer. funny thing is i hadn't had my computer on for about three weeks. but as soon as i turn it on they call. so be very careful they are the ones hacking.

A heavy foreign accent woman said she was from some tech support asked for me said my windows operating system was being hacked I told her I don't handle the computer stuff and told her to talk to my son when he got on she told him not to turn on the computer we were being hacked could hardly hear her at times my son hung up they tried to call back but we just let the answering machine get it they hung up.
