Claimed to be "windows technical support" and says someone his hacking my computer... Very rude, excessive use of vulgar language

My phone number is listed with the government "no call list" and I continue to receive calls from this as well as other numbers that are not in my phone and I have never done business with these numbers or the number would come up on my phone and let me know who is calling. I don't do business over the phone unless I have checked the business out and I make the first contact via telephone

Robocall re: my credit card. Received way too often.

August 13,2015 I received a call from a Jose Martinez claiming he was with Microsoft and that he was a computer technichian,he went on to tell me my computer had several problems that needed immediate attention or my pc was going to crash.He said I needed to purchase a Security Certificate,so to make a long story short,he scammed me out of $150.00,and he called back today claiming he needed to refund the money,I've already went to my local police and reported him and i also contacted the Fraud Investigation and reported him to them

Calls incessantly every day. Tried to block this number but they keep calling. Horrible.

Keeps calling every other day and then hangs up when we ask to remove us from the calling list.
