At 12:40pm I recieved a call from 952-477-4707, asking if I recieved my magazines. IWhen I asked what magazines they hung up. I don't think this is a tella marketer, but someone using their phone for a kick. there was noise in the background & people laughing. This number is flaged as a tella marketer, but when you call it back. It's a not in use phone number. If it was a tella marketer, the recording would not state such.
