It started out as a perhaps, simple enough meeting on the Internet with my fianc, a woman that Ive been in a relationship with for 25 years now theyre talking in secret he claims hes out of the country in Africa. Hes trying to get home to her. meanwhile I suspect shes being talked into releasing thousands and thousands of dollars from her retirement to him, hes a professional and a conman. I already reported him to the FCC and the FBI and to my carrier. The carrier said that they were going to blacklist his phone number. I tracked him a couple times and according to the sources I looked up this phone number and never left California for the last 90 days but yet he claims hes calling from Africa.
