On every do not call list and still get called

Phishing by using name in the phone call

I keep getting phone calls from this number. They do not leave a message. My husband told me of a scam going around where they call you and you pick up and they hang up. This opens your phone line up and when you call them back, the only thing you will get will be a big phone bill. Beware!
