Caller's name was "Frank White" - phone number 239-257-4691. Said I'd won Publisher's Clearing House 2nd prize of $750,000 and a new Mercedes Benz that was 45 minutes away from being delivered. Wanted me to call 866-966-5997. I did not, instead I called Frank White back but a voice message came on. I knew this was a scam from the start.
