Charge on my credit card without authorization

I was left a recorded message and I called back to ask our name be removed from the list. I was upset and probably not as polite as I could have been and aske Nicky to take my name off the list and never call here again. She responded by telling me that I didn't have to be ugly about it and I could have simply asked my name be removed and then she said have a nice day ) and her tone was not very sincere. I then called her back and explained to her that all she had to say to me was that she apologized for any inconvenience caused me. Then she said she was mad that I called to complain to her again. She said she did apologize the first time and when I told her she didnd't, she said "well, I'm apologizing now" with a rude tone to her voice and our name has been removed from their list. Someone needs to inform her the correct way to speak to people if they want to do business with them.

Stop calling this number or I will report this number to the cops and we will see what they will do about this.
