Acted as bank of America business team and got my ssn and ein I'm super pissed off

The calls come in constantly throughout the day without even ringing and show up as a Voicemail then proceeds to claim they are Capital One. Im on a Do Not Call List.

Call and leave message multiple times per day stating it is Linda from Capitol One. Don't have an account there!

Every day message, number is blocked

Received message on my work phone to call regarding (one day it was Citi acccount, next day it was capital one) no reference number, did not say my name. I don't have a citi card and my capital one is paid on time monthly. I called the number back and the lady wanted my name, Birthday, and last 4 didgets of SS to see what was going on! I laughed and hung up. Fraudulent!

Caller identified himself as being from Capital One and they were offering a promotional deal. They did correctly advise that I have a balance due on my card of $0 but I was uncomfortable with receiving the call at work; I was unsure that Capital One had my work number. I hung up and called the number on the back of my card and Capital One confirmed that nobody had placed a call to me today. I cancelled my account immediately.

Pretended to be Capitol One. Left a message and when I called back they didn't know why I was calling??? These people need to be stopped immediately !

They call my phone at least 10 times per day

calls everyday even on a different number
