Explanation of complaint: We received a call this morning first call at 7am. I told the gentleman to call back at 915. He called back and proceeded to try to convince us that we owed $1800 and needed to give him our credit card number The call escalated very quickly to threatening lawsuit and prosecution of not honoring our contract. We spent over 15 minutes on the phone trying to understand. We asked them to email us the contract (they could not) we asked for their landline phone number 866-882-6895 (when I called it from my cell phone it is just a very generic "promotions dept" message. please enter your extension. When we called the number they called us from ( retrieved from my caller ID) 231-243-1245 alanson MI it is like a fax tone. The gentleman was very rude and abusive on the phone-- the more we tried to clarify with him the legitimacy of the debt. the more badgering he became.

HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND HHANG UP? THIS MOENING MY HUSBAND ANSWERDD AND THEY ASK TO SPEAK TO ME. THEY WOULD NOT TELL MY HUSBAD WHAT THE MATTER WAS ABOUT? WHENI CALLED BACK HTHE PERSON WANTE DMETO VERIFY MYADDRESSAM ND LAST 4 OF MY SS. I DIDN'TDISCLOSE THIS IMFI AND TOLD THEMTHEY COHKDSEND ME ACORRESPONDNCE MY MAIL FOR WHATEVER ADDRESS THEY HAD ON FILE? I ALSI TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLIMG AND THAT I woukd be reorting themas a scam.

This number did not call my phone, but it was associated with whomever took money from, and made negative, my bank account

These people call several times a day, seven days a week. If phone goes to voice mail, there is none just empty air. If I answer, there is no one on the other end. I can't get rid of them.

Pretend they are going to arrest you for some bogus fraud, these people probably attain info about outstanding loans and use this info to harass you for money and are not legitimate at all. Call them out on it they become even more hostile no business handles business this way

They are calling my phone 5x a day. leaving vm for me to call them back .how do we get them to stop calling

am on do not call list and they continue to call several times a day and weekends!

I have my cell number registered with the Do Not Call Registry but they still call and I get at least 2 per day so far today I have only gotten one from this number. Why have a registry if they can still get through when you search this number it is flagged as a telemarketer.
