these people call and tell you there is a complaint filed in your name and in your town and they need you to sign the complaint filed against you , then proceed to say if you dont called them back a judgement will be filed by them. i had called them back once and the woman admited it is a tactic to get people to call them back, they are a credit collection comp. and i hope someone turns them in for pretending to be someone else and leaving messages on voice mails making people think there was a complaint filed against them.

They call your cell phone , tell you who they are and leave a message telling you to enter your number if you want to be on a do not call list . Why the hell did they call me in the first place?
