Very harrassing individuals. When you call back they do not identify themselves. Unknown as to what type of company. No identification on their end.

A lady left a message on my work phone stating that on Friday I will have papers delivered by a Paul Murray certification 626 CRW and I better make myself available. If not, then they will come to my work and require either a human resource rep or a supervisor to witness the drop off. That seems kind of odd that any random person needs to be a wittness....I thought that was the point of being served by someone with certifications? I was to contact 866-595-9450 for more information. The message was very odd. Some one must be desparate. I dont have any outstanding debt that would cause matters like this. Guess I will need to report them. I saw that in other comments made abobut this caller they stated that they were FDS Courier, and they told me that they were SDF Courier...something's up.

I have received calls from 866-595-4804,866-595-5007,866-595-8876. First a Maria Hawthorne calls then connects you to a LOUD RUDE person named Mr. Kline that uses profane language and accuses you of a crimes and will call over and over and over again threatens to call local authorities. Then a person named Mike Miller calls to warren that a warrant of your arrest will be made. He threatens to now of your where abouts and will call your employer to discuss your private information regarding your personal matters. I did find out from a local attorney regarding my rights under the law. It seems that if several of us get together to report complaints of HARASSMENT FROM DELAWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT we will make a difference under the law. Delaware Asset Management calls my employer and communicated to my employer that a warrant for my arrest will be issued for not paying a debt.Keeps calling my job after my employer told them I cannot receieve personal calls. The names that call are Mr Kline 1-866-595-8876 and a Mr Mike Miller of Law enforcement 1-866-595-4804.Prohibited Harassment they cannot harass you or abuse you.... the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

employee was rude and constantly rang my phone blocking the number as private. This is harrassment. I have no businesss with this company. Will be contacting the FCC

Rude called me a trailer trash after I told them they had wrong number and saud she would keep calling my phone just becuase she could after sge hung up she called 5 more times within minutes

Calls and leaves threatening legal messages on my 10 year olds cell phone. I called back to tell them to stop calling (obviously she has no accounts or debts with anyone, so wrong number)--and they were extremely rude and hung up. I will make FCC complaint if we get any further calls.
