Scam! Why would someone call and say "Porcha" (Germanic accent) into my phone and then hang up. Called it back sounds like a fax machine.

Received a letter in the mail that I owe liberty mutual $600 and I have never had a policy with them before it is completely a scam

This number is a scam. I got a bill in the mail from "liberty mutual insurance" I have never done business with Liberty Mutual. I looked up the customer service number for the real liberty mutual and they couldn't find me in the system and they said that they do not have any such thing as "liberty mutual collections department" so that it was most likely a scam and to ignore it and report it

My dad got a call from this number about Liberty Mutual Collection, he doesn't have an account with Liberty Mutual. Seems like they are using the Liberty Mutual name to trick people.

This is a scam from Liberty Mutual collections Department. I have never had a Liberty Mutual account. They want me to send $860

Scam says Bank of America calling about online check account application and they need more info.

Automated message claims to be Bank of America concerning an on-line transaction or application for a new account. If you receive a call like this call the number on the back of your credit card. Do not call this number back to provide any information!

To say that this phone number is from Bank Of America just because the robot that says: This is Bank of America calling for ( you name here ) is helping the scammers establish their phishing expedition to verify and gather information on you that will be compiled to eventually open an online checking account which BoA opens with little or no proof of who is filling out the information on line. Once BoA allows an account to be opened in your name the simply allow that person to see any and all accounts at BoA that has your signature on. So if your children or parents have you added as a co-signer the scammer now can see all of the accounts and all of the information related to those other accounts. BoA defends this policy by saying: We're only doing what the law allows. Be VERY CAREFUL! Do not answer any of their questions over the phone. If you have any questions go into a branch, ask for a manager, tell them you think you are being set-up by scammers. Make it a policy not to reveal any personal information to anyone who call you and do not return calls to robots that call and ask you to call back. I'm waiting for someone to show where these calls are coming from ( address ) and who set up the numbers. This is no small time operation. BoA confirms that the 855 926 5096 number and this number 866 568 5988 does not belong to BoA

We received a letter from this number--supposedly won 2 round trip airfares worth $1298., written by Jill Taye, VP US Airlines! Pretty obvious attempt to deceive!
