He would not tell me where he was calling from until the 5th time I asked him. He had a Far East/ Indian accent. I'm absolutely sure it is a scam to steal money. These people we've blocked over and over again on my husband's phone. They keep calling back with a different number. Now they started with my phone! How did they get it and know to ask for my husband?! Something has to be done about this. This is harassment.
