this phone number of 1 866 416 5685 is a fake number also a scam to be a branch banker at union banks. don't answer the call or respond to them at all. My best advice is to block the number and also block text message and phone calls.

866-416-5685 is a totally fake phish attempt. Said case number was not on file and I should give them my card number. Do not give any info.... FAKE FAKE FAKE BLOCK IT . CALL your credit union

This is Webster Bank Fraud Prevention not a scam. They usualy identify the last digits of your card . If you dont return the call they freeze your card.

Bank information about unauthorized debit card use

Scam. Called saying they were from my credit union calling about a fraudulent charge. It was an automated message and I hung up before the whole thing continued.

Scam or Fraud. Received numerous text messages on my cell number about a zero charge on my debit card. They also called my work phone extension.

Wanted to let me know that a charge was made to my debit card in another state. Was not even my card number, they said they were from my credit union and someone from the fraud department would be calling me. Got a call at 8 am on a Sunday, rang twice then hung up. Called back and it said my phone number did not match the account.

3 calls today! accidentally answered 1 - Supposedly Visa Fraud Control! Seems like a SCAM!
