I've received several calls from this number. Caller id simply lists it as "telemarketer." I never answer; they never leave a message. Internet research suggests this is a debt collection agency and/or social security scam.

When asked who is calling Female said, "Celia souzo",...what for, she said personal matter, ..,reverse look up says telemarketer..blocked !

Person called confirming my last 4 of my social and then requesting my address. They stated I was in default of my student loans since December 2015 and owed them OVER $30,000.

was calling about the charge on my charge bill and only got the message that this number is no longer in service . I am assuming the call was a scam. they represented themselves as an outfit helping veterans

Calls my cell phone several times a day and the one time I did wait for an answer the person belched and hung up.

This number has called twice in the last two days. I am assuming it is a telemarketer. First call no message, next call was " I can't hear you, if you can hear me please call back at this number". Name or identifier as to who the call was from. We have been getting quite a few calls of this type from 866 numbers. We are on no call lists but these people don't care.
