Constantly call leave no message call back an hour later

I received a letter with this number to call saying I had won $45,000 or Ford pickup. I can not find a company name but there is a ID# 919640254 when I looked up the number I was told it was not a working number

RECEIVED LETTER IN MAIL ASKINGME TO CAII THIS NUMBER BY MAY8,2014. Dint not know if this a valid area code. Called steike it rich1x sweepsyakes. Said no purchaes necessary. Is this a valid toll free area code.

Received a call looking for our son. The girl then gave me the number 866-936-1254. When pressed about the company name, she mentioned Oxford Funding. Out of curiosity, I call the number and the reply was "New Haven Financial". She then called a second time using the 866-308-9733 number. Wouldn't give me any information because it is "financial" in nature. Asked again that son would call her back. This is the second time the person has called. We are on a do not call list, but it does not seem to stop anyone.

Keeps calling and harassing me.

Received strange call saying their was a civil case pending. When I called, no business was identified. The operator would give no further information with the last 4 digits of my SSN. That was the end of call.
