I received a call ststing I had a crimanal lawsuit anout a loan that I never recievied and that aftrer trying to get a answer from them they said I need s attorney and as pushed for more information I was toid I was a un educated man and then was hung up on .seriously I called back and was told that he would have the police come to my door so why are the not being investigated and put out buisness because this such a scam

This company called me and said that I'm being held on criminal charge of loan fraud an that the conversation was being recorded by the local Authorities for purposes of telling me of the endighment an charges being held against me for loan fraud , didn't give me any other information like a court case # , only told me that I need Lawyer and to have my lagel representative call them at the number in which they called me from by electronic message to call them back , this is an outrage I haven't got any loans from any company online because I dont qualify because my credit is poor !!!!
