This company asked for my 16 digit credit card number saying they were capitol one. They have called at least 8 times

refused to identify themselves

Again, no identification as to what company this is but is bombing our phones.

They never leave a msg.

I jusat reproted this caller for the 4th time to the FTC. If this caller really works for Cpatiol One, the feds really should investigate this company and close it down. This company bascially emplys Gyspies, thugs, bag men and Mafiosi types in my not very hyumble opinion.

I received a call three times this week from someone purposrting to work for Capitol One. This last call came from someon who identified himslef as Dave Bavone from Captiol One. I performed a star 57 trace on the call and reproted the call to the FTC. My phone number is one the Do Not Call List, so this individual as a Telmarket is in violation of the list by calling me at home posing to be a Captiol One agent.

Capital One, and the calls DO stop after you no longer owe...

They keep calling my cell. I don't answer.

Calls several times a day for the past 3 weeks early in the morning twice mid day and late at night. Wants to talk about a special offer on my account. My bills are paid. Missed a card payment once. Checked my online account and there doesn't appear that anything is wrong, payments are made by an automatic transaction.
