Claims to own property in DC and sent a full lease document for daughter to sign. She has paid deposit but no keys have been sent yet. Probable scammer that has been turned over to authorities.

Text: "How are things going, friend?" Not even sure the angle this type of spam is attempting to be honest. Doesn't make sense. Then again, neither does spam in general.

Poses as person then tries to extort you for money

This number scammed me out of $600 it is on an website known as adorablecavapoopuppies.company.site and they sell their cavapoos and you pay them and extra $250 for shipping but when it come time to setting you up with a shipping company they use Express Ways Shipping and at the last minute the company calls you and tells you they have to upgrade the puppies crate and wants to charge you an additional 2200$ that is cash refundable at your door. But if you look up the shipping company their are tons of complaints online they are a scam. So I went back to the puppy company, who I signed a contract with and they quickly blocked me and stopped responding to me. I had to file a police report.
