A man at this number called me harassing the hell out me in broken English for money for two tv boxes that were picked up by Verizon yesterday. He thought he could scam me for money for these boxes. I chewed his butt out and hung up on him. I had Verizon come and get them since I am disabled and unable to reach down and disconnect the box. Also, there were six boxes attached to the one tv and I did not know which box to disconnect. Also three of those boxes were nailed to the wall! I have no idea why Verizon nailed them to the wall in the past, but it is what it is! When I asked them to come get them because of these problems, Verizon had the balls to tell me they don't come out for disabled people and that I can get on the floor to figure it out on my own! I emailed Head Quarters after so many disturbing and unprofessional communications with Verizon staff. A woman named Chande' called me from Head Quarters and was able to get Verizon to come out to get the boxes. They were supposed to come today (Friday April 7, 2023) but Jim of Verizon came yesterday which made me very happy to get these boxes back to Verizon a day early (Thursday April 6, 2023). If Verizon is going to defraud and terrorize me thinking since I am disabled I am easy meat for them, then I will report their butt to the FCC and every consumer complaint website that exists! That will certainly be a public relations nightmare when people read how you are intentionally taking advantage of and defrauding disabled people! You have had your boxes for 24 hours! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am demanding an apology from the head of Verizon and that every single person who was rude, inconsiderate of my disability, and tried to defraud me be fired effective immediately! almost like a blackmail - very personal but not true

I got a scam call telling me that there was a warrant out for my arrest for a federal criminal offense and i should cantact them for help. This is supposedly for an enforcement action executed by the US treasury.

left message that said if I didn't call back it was a federal offense with the Treasury. As soon as they said treasury dept I knew

Caller stated we had a federal offense against us with US Treasury dept and it was our last chance to take care of the situation. Called in the AM and in the PM calculated the calls stating this is the second warning etc.. Comes up as private caller on call ID

Said that he was part of Criminal Justice investigation of residents in our household. Needed to call back right away or else we would be charged with obstructing a federal case.

Caller claimed to be from US Treasury with need to return call for potential legal trouble.

Claims to be with Fed Gov with threats about a federal offense.

This person (an automated voice) said he was Davd Gray and was calling on behalf of the US Treasurer. Said it was his second attempt to contact me, and if I didn't respond I may be brought before a Judge Magistrate on a Federal Criminal Offense. He said, "Please help us help you."
