My neighbor and local police are involved with spying on people and breaking into their homes, raping and drugging women and men. Most prank calls are from older folks with nothing better to do. I guess they throw them a few bucks. Yes, this is some telemarketing call it looks like, and when you block it, it moves to another 678-968-xxxx number. I've blocked many abd continue to receive calls from different (but close) numbers.
