Threatened to withhold my state and federal income tax refund if I did not pay. This is complete scam!

Yep called me to verify my bank account numbers and said a warrant would be issued and charges brought.....I said I do not give that info out over the phone (as with all the target issues my bank has made it clear they will call me not a 3rd party company) he said charges will be brought. I said OK bring them on. He said OK a warrant will be issued and I will be picked up today by 5pm I said OK and hung up. I will be waiting for them I hope they show this time....too bad they never do....they have been calling for 4 years and threatening this. I have an attorney ready to sue them but he said we can only sue real companies. and without proof of who they really are there is no way I can bring the lawsuit in the courts. He said it would be an easy case since I have 3 years of voice mails. If this was a real company the collector would of had to identify them self, their company and the debt. By not doing this these are $1k fine each per FDCPA (as I am a debt collector and certified FDCPA yearly) not to mention leaving this on my voice mail as well and telling me that and not following through is also up to a $25K fine. Bring it on little people.....I would love to take you down for about $30K...i have all the voice mails still I just wish you were a real company because it would be my PAYDAY this time around.....stop calling or follow the laws and become a real company
