Someone is using this number to text my cell. They hacked my Google account and are threatening to harm me and my family members if I don't pay them

These people or whomever they claim to be are persistent in calling via an automated service stating that a case is active with my name on it which includes affidavits an all of this. If this were a serious legal matter, documents would be sent via USPS and all of the calling would not be happening. I work with lawyers every day and this kind of thing never happens. They give you a prompt to speak with a representative by pressing "1" to which a person answers and says hello with no identifying information whatsoever and they have the nerve to say how can I help you when they're the ones actually calling you to begin with. They state that they're looking for this person, or individual after you've advised them that they called you and not the other way around. So, it's really how can you help them? They then state that they're trying to reach you and then they can't go any further than that.
