Keeps calling and hanging up

Called 4 times in approxately 30 minutes and hung up.

Leaves unwanted voice mails.

Claimed they were from the IRS and that I was due a $4,000 refund (not true). That I could provide my bank information and money would be wired to me or that I could direct all or part of my refund to an animal protection organization

Calls and hangs up.

Claim to give u a gift card for doing survey. Asks for credit card for processing fee for gc that you'll never get. The only thing u get is a maxed out cc bill. Do not press #2! They will then just sell ur number to another scammer. You are never really removed from their list.

This number calls me 5-6 times a week. They called this morning before 8 o'clock.
