Caller said his name is Gerald Kennedy with the IRS with ID# 0203165. Calling me re a letter I should have received (but didn't.) I've called back and left voice mail messages daily and additionally calling many more times per day but not leaving messages trying to reach him. I've yet to receive a call back two weeks later. That's 14 messages I've left. There is no option to reach another person in the office, nor is the name of the department or office or location left on the voice mail. Frustrating and suspicious.
